Around 95 riders from Zone 16 and beyond gathered for the Wamboin Pony Club friendly Mounted Games event at Bungendore Showground on Sunday 30th June. Teams of all ages and experience competed in various games under an unusually sunny sky for this time of year. What a great day. All teams came ready to put in their best efforts and to enjoy the competition. The youngest rider was just 3 years old but as the photos below show the teams ages are varied. From the led groups to the ultra competitive zone teams either way everyone had a great time. Being the friendly games all teams get a ribbon but it's about having fun. Thanks to all the parents and helpers who made this event a success we couldn't had done it without your hard work on the day and to games day organiser Robin Slater. Thanks also to all the teams for making the day as succesful as it was and to those teams who travelled a fair distance to compete.
