Wamboin Pony Club was represented in just about every grade (except B) at the 2008 Monaro Shield held at the Queanbeyan Showgrounds on Sunday 7 December 2008.
It was a fabulous turnout and great to see some many of our younger riders competing in the E & D grade arenas.
We had two teams entered in the Shield component of the day and this mottley crew (below) took out 3rd place with a accumulated penalty score of just 12 over two rounds of show jumping.
In C grade, Nicole & Kriket also took out the Individual Highpoint Champion, with two 1st places and a second place, in a field of 24 riders.
